Rental rates (peak season and off season) from 124,- € per night
- peak season 2025 ( 12.04. – 31.10.2025 ) with an occupancy up to 2 persons:
1st night (fee for final cleaning included): 194,- €, from 2nd night: 134,- €
- off season 2025 ( 01.03. – 11.04.2025 and 01.11. – 14.11.2025; availability on request)
with an occupancy up to 2 persons:
1st night (fee for final cleaning included): 184,- €, from 2nd night: 124,- €
- Surcharge per additional person: 15,- € per night
- Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 nights off season)
- Arrival/departure: usually on Saturday
Additional charges
- Heating on demand, billing based on consumption.
- A fee of 60,- € for final cleaning is included in the rates of 1st night / week.
- tourist tax inclusive
Rental conditions
- no rental deposit
- 25% advance payment of total rent in consultation (In case of cancellation of the reservation the advance payment will be retained unless we can rent out the apartment in that period.
- The remaining balance shall be paid three weeks prior to travelling date.
- bed linen, hand and kitchen towels inclusive (weekly change)
- non smoking only (inside apartment)
- pets not allowed (out of consideration for our cats, who live on the courtyard, not in the apartment)
- no credit cards
In the latter case, we will fully refund the advance payment.)

The booking schedule shows probable availability of our apartment. We try to keep it up-to-date. We will let you have a binding confirmation about availability (see below).
